Grace Fowler

Science Teaching Fellow

Growing up on a farm in Minnesota and a tiny island in New York, Grace fell in love with the natural world at a young age. After graduating from Colby College with a degree in Environmental Policy and Education, she returned west to work in experiential education at the High Mountain Institute and the Keystone Science School. Having experienced the magic of semester schools while in high school, she is excited to learn from her peers and to support students this spring. Fond of petting dogs, eating breakfast sandwiches and exploring the outdoors by foot, bike, and ski, Grace is overjoyed to be part of the Alzar School community. You can reach Grace at
