Spanish Teaching Fellow

Liz’s love and passion for being active in the outdoors flourished while being raised in Portland, Maine. While learning how to walk, Liz was also learning how to surf, climb, and hike the tallest peaks. Growing through the seasons, Liz attended St. Lawrence University where she studied Environmental — Psychology, Spanish, and Education. There, Liz traveled and volunteered in South America where her appreciation for cultural diversity and the power of community became a core value of hers. Liz hopes to integrate her enthusiasm for being outside with her academic studies while teaching at the Alzar School. You can reach Liz at
