We Build
Leaders
Alzar School brings students to the intersection of engaging academics, cultural exchange and outdoor adventure.
Alzar School is a semester school for highly motivated high school sophomores and juniors. At Alzar School, you will challenge yourself academically, live alongside peers from across the world at our home campus in Idaho, dive into a new culture during our extended time in Chile, and learn about yourself while exploring wild places.
Throughout your entire semester, you will gain tangible leadership skills and discover how you can use this knowledge to take action to improve your communities.

High School Semesters
A Community of Learners.
Alzar School’s flagship program is our high school semester. Laughter, challenge, and adventure define your days at Alzar School. Engaging academic curriculum is intentionally crafted to connect to student experiences on the trail and abroad in Chile. Small class sizes and strong relationships with faculty who live, study, and travel alongside the students result in a community of learners dedicated to leadership education. This is high school.
