Jesse Moore

Student Wellness, Experiences & Leadership Coordinator

Jesse grew up in the Pacific Northwest where he developed a love for learning in the woods behind his house. He has devoted his career to international education, travel, and outdoor leadership, with extensive experience instructing travel and outdoor programs in Latin America. Jesse first joined Alzar School as a Spanish, History and Leadership teacher in 2021 before beginning a new role as the Student Wellness Experience and Leadership coordinator in 2024. He is grateful to work in a community that values continual learning & improvement for both its staff and students. In his free time, Jesse plays music (percussion & guitar), goes kayaking, and enjoys hiking with his wife and baby boy, Mateo, in his backpack.
