We hope you will enjoy visiting Alzar School’s website and learning more about our school and programs.  This web site (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Alzar School, Inc. and its officers, Board of Trustees, employees, agents and representatives (“hereafter referred to as Alzar School) for your personal information, education, communication, entertainment, and enjoyment. We encourage you to feel free to browse the Site; however, your access and use of the Site is subject to the following conditions of use and all applicable laws. The following conditions also apply to external internet sites operated by Alzar School (such as Instagram, Facebook, Flickr, etc.), to the extent applicable.  By accessing, browsing or interacting with this Site or any external Site (collectively referred to as “Site”) operated by Alzar School, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these Site Terms & Conditions of Use. These Terms & Conditions of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made you and Alzar School concerning your access to and use of the alzar.org website. You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.


Proprietary Materials

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, typographic devices, borders, patterns, backgrounds, compiled lists, audio and/or video components or other graphic material on this site is copyrighted content (the ““Content””) owned by Alzar School.  The trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United States, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions. In addition, to the fullest extent allowed by law, Alzar School and the individuals associated with the preparation or hosting of the Site disclaim all responsibility or liability to any person or entity for any injury, damage or other loss caused or claimed to be caused by the use of this Site, the use of content or other information contained on this Site or comments, materials or images posted or added to this Site by a Site Visitor.

Although Alzar School will occasionally review content on the Site, Alzar School is not responsible for content, comments, materials or images, added to this Site by a Site Visitor and undertakes no responsibility whatsoever to monitor this Site. Alzar School does reserve the right to delete or change its own Content, content or comments added or posted to the Site, or edit any part of the Site, in its sole discretion, whether content was posted by a Site Visitor or otherwise.


Use of this Site

Site Visitors may not use language that is threatening, abusive, vulgar, discourteous, or criminal. Site Visitors also may not post or transmit information or materials that would violate rights of any third party or which contain a virus or other harmful component. Site Visitors may not under any circumstance attempt to make an unauthorized visit to any part of the Site or the Site server or any related components of the Site that are not linked directly to the public Site pages by any means other than the arrow buttons or by a visible link. Violators of these admonitions may be criminally prosecuted. Site Visitors are encouraged to contact Alzar School if they observe Site content they consider offensive.

Alzar School recognizes Site Visitors’ privacy concerns on the Internet and the importance of protecting the privacy of personally identifiable information collected about Alzar School Site Visitors. As a general policy, Alzar School does not automatically collect personally identifiable information such as a Site Visitor’s name, company, or e-mail address. Personally identifiable information is collected only when knowingly and voluntarily submitted. Alzar School uses this information only for the purpose for which it is submitted unless Alzar School discloses other uses at the time of collection.

Alzar School does not transfer or sell personally identifiable information or demographic data collected at the Site to third parties. However, Alzar School may share personally identifiable information with other parts of our company. Alzar School is not responsible for the practices of any third party sites which link to or from the Site. Inclusion on the Site of any institution, company, or individual is not an endorsement by Alzar School. Visitors to those sites should refer to their separate privacy policies and practices.


Attention Children

If you get permission from one of your parents to submit your name to be publicly posted on the Site, you should never use your full name. Just submit your first name or initials.

Alzar School encourages parents to supervise their children’s’ activities online and to participate with their children whenever possible.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice.  However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Site. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the site without notice at any time.  We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site. We cannot guarantee the Site will be available at all times.  We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Site, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions of Use and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
